If you see something that you need to bring to the attention of the Waikato District Council you can:

The Raglan Community Board’s role is to express the community’s views on local issues to the Council.

You can contact one of the members directly to share your ideas or issues. Contact details for all members can be found here.

You can also attend the next Raglan Community Board Meeting and share in the public forum. The public forum is your opportunity to bring something to the attention of the board and have it noted in our meeting minutes.

How to fill out an online service request form?


If you see something that you need to bring to the attention of the Waikato District Council you can you can fill in an online service request here.

There are a range of things you can submit a service request for, including things like potholes, streetlight issues, illegal dumping as well as rates queries and more.

Head to the service request page, choose what you need a service request for and then fill out the form.
